Whether you are a lasagne lover, have a penchant for pastry, a nose for noodles or a craving for curry, there are recipes and classes for everyone


COOK SCHOOL
I run a range of classes with menus and skill levels to suit all, providing you with the ability to cook with imagination, passion and enjoyment
Small class sizes allow for a very hands-on experience, providing you with as much or as little support as you need to make the most from the session
Classes take place on Saturday mornings between 10am and 1pm at my kitchen in Chalfont St Peter. Chalfont St Peter lies in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is just a short train journey from London
Prices (£60 per person) include unlimited tea and coffee, all equipment, ingredients, lunch and colour recipes cards. You also get to take any leftovers home to impress friends and family with your creations

- Ricotta & Apple Puff Pastry Tart - Probably the simplest dessert you could make. I used Pink Ladies but you could use any variety of eating apple 
- Spiced Butter Beans with Coconut - Gently spiced butter beans in a rich, creamy sauce laced with coconut and tomato 
- Gochujang Noodles with Peanuts and Tofu - A speedy, protein packed lunch or dinner, made with precooked noodles 
- Stuffed Vine Leaves (Dolma) - Serve as part of a mezze or party canapes, or just for nibbles
